Where are your products made?

All Floravayn products are proudly made in California, USA, under strict quality and ethical standards.

Are Floravayn products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes! All Floravayn products are 100% cruelty-free, and most are vegan-friendly. You’ll see “vegan” clearly labeled on applicable products.

Do Floravayn products contain harsh chemicals?

Never. Our formulas are free from parabens, sulfates, silicones, synthetic fragrances, and artificial dyes. We use only clean, plant-based ingredients that are gentle on your skin.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes — our formulas are gentle and suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. We still recommend a patch test before your first use.

How long do products last once opened?

Most Floravayn products are best used within 6–12 months after opening. Check the “open jar” symbol on the label for specific guidance.

Can I mix Floravayn with other skincare brands?

Absolutely! Our clean formulas are designed to be layering-friendly and integrate easily into your existing skincare routine.

Do you offer sample or travel sizes?

🛒 Ordering & Payments

How do I place an order?

Add your favorite Floravayn products to your cart and proceed to checkout through our secure Shopify store. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal via Shopify Payments. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! Floravayn offers Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to split your purchase into easy, interest-free payments (subject to eligibility).

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at hello@floravayn.com right away. Once your order ships, we’re unable to make changes — but we’ll do our best to assist.

 

📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship across the United States. International shipping options are coming soon!

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s progress in real time.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! Please contact hello@floravayn.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.

What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare items. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace or refund it.

How do I request a refund or replacement?

Email hello@floravayn.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the issue. Our customer care team will review and assist promptly.
